5. Returns and Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days; products must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items: customized products, personal hygiene items, gift cards, digital products.
Return shipping costs borne by customer unless item defective or incorrect.
Refunds issued within 14 days after inspection.
NEOVO may coordinate with suppliers as necessary, without disclosing supplier information.

Covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use.
